GameDev HR Awards 2021

GameDev HR Awards is an annual award held by TalentsInGames agency for the third time.

Game industry is all about people. We’d like to celebrate those who gather up the team, build the communication inside the company, motivate the employees, and more! Our heroes are the game companies’ HR-specialists.

Both individual employees and HR departments of GameDev companies can participate in the award.

GAMEDEV HR AWARDS 2021 STAGES

Application submission

You can submit your application from August 2 to September 30, 2021 inclusive. The application consists of the filled up form and recorded video.

Project presentation

The project presentation takes place on October 7, 2021 online on the WN hub platform. The audience and jury are presented at the presentation.

There are two stages:

Video demonstration
Q&A session with the members of the jury and the audience

Awarding

The award ceremony takes place on October 14, 2021 in Moscow, on site of the business conference for the game industry WN Moscow’21.

You can submit the implemented projects in different fields of HR expertise: recruitment, employee training, internal communication, corporate events, employee retention, automatization of the HR processes, assessment center, etc.
Cases and interviews with the winners will be released on App2Top.ru supported by Talents In Games.
